Questions worth answering
No — and that's the point. We're a relocation concierge service. We don't sign leases, hold deposits, or collect commission from landlords. That means our only loyalty is to you, the client.
We attend the open home with our smartphone, call you on WhatsApp Video, and walk through the property with you in real time. You can ask us to zoom in on the kitchen, check water pressure, look at the view from the bedroom — anything you'd do yourself if you were there.
Approval depends on the property manager and landlord, not us. But we maximise your chances by helping you prepare a strong application, cover letter, and reference package. If we don't help you secure a property within your service window — and you've engaged with our shortlists — you receive a 50% refund. Full terms in your service agreement.
Usually within 24 hours of your signed agreement and payment. For urgent timelines, our Relocation package includes priority response within 2 business hours.
We cover the entire Brisbane metropolitan area, including Logan, Moreton Bay, Ipswich, and Redlands. If you're targeting a specific suburb, we'll tell you upfront whether the rental volume is enough for a productive search.
Visa approval is outside our control and outside our responsibility. We can't refund services delivered for a visa-related delay. We recommend booking with us only after your visa is granted or in final stages.
International bank transfer, Wise, and credit/debit card. All prices are in Australian Dollars. Bank and conversion fees are the client's responsibility.
In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data. Identification documents are deleted within 90 days of your move-in.
